Born from late nights, big dreams, and lots of coffee. A mix of young New York-based companies present their stories, forged from innovation and crafted in fun. Five NY based startups, Artspace, Birchbox, Baublebar, Joor and Quirky, tell their stories through merchandise-driven installations for consumers to check off their holiday list with gifts for everyone this holiday season at A Startup Store, a six week shopping exhibition driven by Rachel Shechtman, founder of Cube Ventures.
Every 4-6 weeks the store will completely reinvent itself and change. The environment, merchandise, events and story behind everything for sale will be different. On February 1st, we will come out of Beta and announce our store name and debut our first exhibition: LOVE.
Located at 144 Tenth Avenue on the corner of 19th street, the store will be open Monday – Saturday from 11am - 6pm through January 23rd. We will reopen, and announce our permanent store name alongside our debut exhibition LOVE on February 2nd.
